RCM Plans
The RCM magazine website has several Pitts Plans. As a matter of fact, I just ordered the 54 inch Pitts Special plans by Nick Ziroli, which were published in 1966, I think. The model is of the 2nd Pitts built, which is now on display in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. I plan to get plenty of documentation pictures before the temporary exhibit ends this spring. The plans were $12. Because of the date, I am not sure what to expect as far as construction techniques, but I shall see.
There were several other Pitts biplanes on there--I know there was a at least one more modern Pitts version that was 52 inch wingspan.
