Sorry to hear about the retract problems. I've had probelms with my gear, but not due to the retracts. I couldn't keep the junk factory mounts in the wings for more than two flights / day, even after beefing up the mounts. I've since built proper mounts from 5 ply aircraft ply. I just haven't gotten around to finishing the repairs and painting underside of the cowling.
