The Jammin X1 does have C-hub and a pretty unique design at that. Check out www.jamminproducts.com and it will tell you all you need to know about the buggy. There are two versions for the kit (CR Pro and Team Factory). The Team Factory is the latest and has some pretty awesome hop-ups.
