Well, I thank everyone for their input. I had almost decided to go with the ZDZ40, but decided finally to go with the Evolution 45. I ordered it through the LHS (one of my considerations) and hopefully it will be in soon. The specs on it look good, weight is great, and I've heard good things about it from a couple of local guys. I also ordered the wraparound muffler, but just want to have that as a backup. I'm going to order the JMB can, and once that is in place and I can make some measurements, I'll order a custom header.

As for servos, I have several JR 4721s NIB, and will go with those for rudder and ailerons. I may at some point in the future go with digitals, I just could not see buying them now with all the servos I already have.

Has anyone had any problems with the hinges that come with the kit? I've always believed in using flat hinges and glueing/pinning them (call me REAL OLD school). At this point, I plan to use the hinges, installed per the instructions.
