Rolling to inverted is much easier than fliping forward or backward. It rolls much faster to the right than it does to the left. 3 mistakes high and punch the positive cyclic then perform the roll and smooth it out to negative cyclic as it gets inverted. Best way to do it.

If you must flip it the heli seems to go forward easier than it does backwards.
