RE: Engine help!!!!
Matey I have had similar problems with my LC32MT.
Heres what I did, ripped the head off to determine what plug it needs. Discovered that an OS-8 type is tooo short.
Only use a long reach, preferably NovaRossi 3,4,5 or 6 depending on weather/nitro/barometric pressure etc. 6 is cold.
Reset needles to 4 or 4.5 LSN and 7 or 7.5 HSN, using weather considerations and height above sea level as a guide. I found that LSN is no more than a 360 from flush and the HSN is just above flush.
Keep the temps under 260F on a HOT day and I have no idea about cold as I haven't had a winter yet in Australia.
point to note: Keep in mind that a standard plug like the OS-8 is shorter than a Standard NovaRossi Plug.
Now saying all this, my expierence over the last month tuning this podantic little pony maker is that it favours HIGH Nitro above 20% and Prefers less Oil than common 14%, maybe a common race blend is better, likes low gearing because it likes to Rev and rev hard.
To add a trick to make it actually achieve highest potential, remove the HSN plastic fuel bulb and check it is not obstructed with plastic from the mould. you will need a little spanner to do so. This will not mess your HSN settings up.
This motor seems to prefer a High idle setting to help deceleration burn off so make sure you set it a fraction before clutch engagement when atleast half way through a tank.
Good luck!!
