RE: My New A7 ARF for Wren 44
I will be sure to show pictures of the hardware install, etc. when the time comes.
@ Connery, The ducted fan version is suited for our Turbax 46 fan with the OS 46 VX-DF engine. There will be very little modification to upgrade to a turbine later as the internal structure is virtually the same. You may have to add in the mounting rails for the turbine, but that would be it. There will be a difference in price between the primer version and the painted version. The unpainted version obviously will be less expensive. We're still finalizing all of the pricing aspects.
@ sandseeker, We are taking the necessary steps to protect our intellectual property. We have actually setup a factory that is producing these models. This is giving us far better control over the issues that seemed to occur with the old Hawk.
@ rongreg13, We are still finalizing all of the hardware/accessories for the kits, but the kit will have a complete harware pacakge included. The required items for actuation of the main gear will be included in there (the design is specific to the airplane). The builder will have to supply a standard nose mount retract unit and the actuation kit (these will be available from us). There will be a complete package price available that will include everything required to get the airplane in the air (except radio).
