RE: Let's show our Scale Planes off
Here is my Bücker Jungmeister BU-133C. It is 1/3 scale and the short kit was cut by Arizona Model Aircrafters. It has a Sachs Dolmar 4.2 cuin engine with CH Electronics Syncro Spark ignition. The plane weighs 27 pounds. The plane was designed by Gary Allen. It is very aerobatic in the late 1930s style and took 1st place at the 2005 Bomber Field September flyin in the Best Civilian Pre 1941 catagory.
The full scale Jungmeister is owned and flown by John Hickman Jr of La Mesa California (first photo). It was Swiss built in 1940 and remained with the Swiss Airforce until the early 1970s.
Ron, I hope that this plane does not violate the rules for this thread. If it does then I'll gladly remove it.
