To post pictures you need to use the "Reply" or "Quote" buttons when you're looking at a specific post, or the "Add reply button at the top and bottom of a thread. Once you get the "Reply to message" window, look for the "Click here to upload!" link at the bottom of the typing box. Note, you can't add pictures if you use the "Fast reply" box that shows up at the bottom of a thread.
