I agree with what maxim said. Horizon wouldnt have sold thousands if they were junk.

Best thing you may want to do is find a hobbyshop or a heli guy that will help you. This is my 1st heli and they are complex, but when I had someone show/help me , setup and fine tune. I love mine, just flew mine outside without the training gear. No crashes and lots of fun. I know it can be agrevating just find some help.
