I am in the process of building a scratch Boeing P-26 Peashooter. When I did my engine install today I found that the exhaust mainfold is about 3/4" too short to provide clearance on the fuselage.

I am not really up for spending $45 for a flex pipe. Anyone know the thread size x diameter of the exhaust manifold ? If I have that I may be able to find a union and bolt 2 standard manifolds together.

Any other suggestions ?
