Regarding the picture, just go to the line entitled "attach file" (its just below "options") and click on the browse button, locate the file (I think max size is 650 x 650 or so) and that's it. I'd like to personally thank you and Jesus and the rest of you guys for the remarkable improvements and contributions to our sport. The future is very bright indeed.
