I'm running the Novak SS+ brushless system in my FT T3. With the 4300 motor, I get about 32 mph and 20 minute runtimes with my new IB3800 cells. With the 5800 motor, I am getting nearly 37mph and 14 minute runtimes.

Transmission on the T3 is near bulletproof. Just set your slipper correctly, and you're golden, no matter what motor you choose.
