Default Flutter and the Top Cap

If you fly this plane at full speed of that YS you will get flutter.

Its designed to fly slow. The combination of big surfaces and high speed is a recipe for flutter.

That plane and motor combination is perfect. You'll love it. Just dont go near full throttle unless the nose is pointed up and it will be fine.
