Says alot to me.
I have this plane with a Jetcat P60, and when I go to full power it literally leaps forward and is off the ground in about 100ft.
I have also seen this plane on a T-500 and results were the same.

The plane in this video seems to be lacking alot of power, very slow acceleration.
