After looking at it for a couple of days, I would have to agree with you. My only concern was too much white and trying to find it in a white sky would be difficult but I think the checker board patterns on the wing tips and horiz. stab tips will be enough to orient the thing.

I agree you might have a problem with the white. I have been flying a P-51 Mustang its all gray with white stripes on the wing. Almost lost it in the gray sky. I added a red strip down the fuse. You could use yellow to match your pattern.
