Curtis, that big tuned pipe could slide easily away from the header with the engine vibration... and that could hurt bad someone if it fall off the plane in the wrong moment .... I guess that it would be better to start flying better engineered models, like most helicopters are or turbine airplanes !

The pipe is aerodynamically designed to spin down gently and safely if it comes loose. The only way it could hurt somebody is if it accidentally got enmeshed in the rotor blades of one of those toy model helicopters, and caused said helicopter to exit the rather nominal control those things exhibit under even the most optimum conditions, and said heliwhopter scythed its way through a bus full of children. Now THAT kind of thing scares me.
