RE: Ryobi RPMs ?

I have two Ryobi 31s. One has the decompression slots and turns a MAS Classic 16x8 at 8100 rpm. The other does not have the slots and turns the same prop at 8400. Both engines use the stock carb with Wackerengine mufflers.
