Hi Mike,

I like the snap roll at the top into a spin. Comparing your performance to what i have seen and tested, your motor is putting more out than 11Lbs. I think if you use a load cell and good test stand it is more likely to be close to 14Lbs.

If you loose pressure at the diffuser it will reduce thrust drastically. Just unplug the gas line and leave open and see the thrust decrease. Casing pressure is very important.
