Empty weight is 13.8 lbs, takeoff weight is just under 18 lbs.

One other factor between the two videos I posted that I had forgotten about is that in the first video I had much softer tires installed which had a high rolling resistance increasing the takeoff run even more.

I am satisfied with the current performance, so if my Jetjoe will hold up over time and be reliable I'm happy.
