I used 2 on each blade installed between o-rings and stepped washer. Eventually had to add 2 more after spindle stretched and o-rings wore down :0)

Thanks for the quick response......So you install them in-between the o-ring and stepped washer? Shouldn't the washers go behind the stepped washer??
