I just finished my 1st twist. I used the evolution power system (.45) with macs tuned pipe. Weight came in at 5lbs. 4.5 ozs. It balances upside down at 4 - 13/16 from leading edge. Idles at 1900 -2000 rpm (low needle is about 1.3 turns open), and WOT is at 13500 rpm (high needle is 3 turns open). The throttle transition is smooth and responsive from idle to wide open. I decided to use the APC 12 X 3.75 prop. I live at an elevation of 4500 feet. I have used the recommended D/R setups in the manual. Any pre-flight tips for this plane are appreciated. If the weather is good next weekend, I'll give you the maiden flight report. Here is a picture.
