no i haven't its not that big of a deal to me.
i don't use wooden props, its difficult to keep them tight they brake easy, and dont produce the thrust that an APC prop does. When a student comes to me for the first time with a wood prop we'll fly it but i recommend right off the bat to get an APC or at least a plastic Master Airscrew
It's hardly worth making the recommendation -- the replacement issue comes up pretty quickly.
