Most of the planes listed are good planes, but they require more room for flying than you have available, based on your description. You should have an area that is at least 600ft. x 600ft. for these planes, particularly the pusher planes. When you get good at flying them they can be flown in a much smaller area, but for a beginner, you need the space to allow for mistakes.
The Slow-V, or Slow-Stick (if you want to build), are probably your best bet as a beginner plane for your restricted air space.
