1) Look on the carb for ID numbers, norlmally on side opposite the adjust needles. Normally, two letters and 2 or 3 digits (sometimes followed by a letter).

one screw have the screwdriver seat broken.
I believe you will need both screws functioning to hold the gasket and diapharm properly. No leakage allowed. Both sides of carb are designed to be removed for service.
