I'm trying to understand your description of the runway ... do you mean that its kinda like the club at Tracy, where there is thousands of feet of old taxiway / runway surface, with a section of that (400' in your case) being properly finished for the RC club ? If so, any chance of it becoming little longer than 400 ft?
