Mark...all good information. When SFO/OAK are southeast plan (11 at OAK) there is almost always WX in the area that would certainly keep us (models) grounded. I didn't think about aircraft departing OAK on the PORTE or SKYLINE (I think) would be held down to 2000'. Almost certainly, keeping our models AOB 1500' is not that big of a restriction.....
