You can't use Sullivan Flex tanks... They say right ojn the label "glow fuel only" in bold type.
I wasn't aware of that, thank you. Most likely will try two 16 oz Dubros.

I was able to get the fuel tank included with the kit (don't know for sure how much it holds) and a DuBro 24 ounce under the wing tube. I will use the DuBro tank for smoke fluid. The Sullivan flexible tanks are made from a different plastic that allows them to be heated and mold them to some extent. I would assume the properties of the tank may cause it to swell with gas as does some silicone tubing. I received ny AI pilot last night and muffler for a 3W engine. May be ready to fly this weekend, but it does not look good weather wise here in central Indiana.
Are these tanks side by side? About how much you have to cutoff from the former under the wing tube? Don't want to weaken that former by cutting too much.
