Anyone know the formula to figure out the final gear ratios?

For example: with a 16/48 pinion/spur and 15/48 layshaft/diff gear the final gear ratio is 9.60.

I have 16/50 pinion spur with a 15/48 layshaft/diff and am trying to figure out what my final gear ratio would be.

I also want to know the formula so if I want to put say a 17/48 layshaft/diff with 16/50 pinion spur...what would the gear ratio be.
