RE: gear ratio formula
You take the gear ratios separately as division... 48/16=3.0/1 ; 48/15= 3.2/1
Then multiply the results...... 3.0x3.2=9.6/1
so...
50/16=3.125/1
48/15=3.2/1
3.125x3.2=10.0/1
and...
48/17=2.824/1
50/16=3.125/1
2.824x3.125=8.825/1
