Thanks alot, I really appreciate your help.

I have 3 sets of tires, I have the MB tires, Marder tires and the CNR 40 series alloy rims with Moabs. When you switch to the Marder tires, I need to gear up quite a bit. I also want a set of on-road tires and would need to gear up.

I have the stell gear conversion using 16/50 so some of my gear changing will be done with the layshaft gear.
