Thanks for the replies. Yes, I also scrounged around in the RCU stores, but couldn't find too much, or anything really applicable on the Rafale. I'm going to look at RCgroups thanks.

I did quite a lot of research into large EDF's about a year prior or so, but backed out when I saw the price and commitment therewith, and worse, the flight times. I was very keen to make an EDF spectre, but the cost of the powerplant was nearing that of turbines, but with the risk of burnt motors etc. Furthermore, LiPo cells have come a bit further (in safety at least) I guess. I still very keen to attempt this one day, but the price will have to justify it.

Hence for now, I'm entertaining what I spoke above. Can the Aeronaut rafale accept 2 x 120mm fans? or only 90mm in the twin config?
