go to an automotive parts store and ask them what they have for removing rusty or frozen bolts. Theyll probably recomend some stuff desighned for freeing up stuck bolts such as a rust disolver or marvel mystery oil. put this on and around the bolt as best you can. the drawback here is that this stuff isnt instantaneous it has to soak in so have patience. you could also try slowly warming the area around the stuck bolt with a hair dryer. I must warn you that I'm still a newby so take this advice with caution. And again the most important aspect of working on these little headaches is to have patience. I know how you feel.
