Well, I called Tower and they are going to send me out another one. They told me to throw away the battery. But, of course I did not. I open it up and saw the that the black wire was cut by accident. It was laying at the edge of the battery and was cut. I found out what the white does. It does nothing. It is not hock to anything. It is just laying inside. I am going to solder a new wire on the battery and it will work.
