Did you ever think about this. Input to the charger is 12 volts, output to the Lipo pack 15 volts. That means the charger has to have a transformer inside. When it boosts 12 volts up to 15, it looses amps. Not enough amps or volts and your battery will not fully charge. Don't forget, as Lipos get charged, they actually resist the charge more. It's like the charger has to force the volts into them. When they report back to the charger that the voltage is dropping off, the smart charger stops to avoid an overcharge. Something is fooling your charger or the charger is underated and really can't handle 5S at your amps. It could also be that it's made in the UK and paying you back for the US independance. LOL
