same thing happened to me, bought from the now defunct LHS and the "trainer" rarely made an appearance.. a couple of folk helped breifly but they were there to fly their stuff which I understood ...problem was also that big ***** .40 trainer that I paid so much for that crashed/fixed/crashed/fixed and finally I just gave up, but with the new parkflyers and a schoolyard in walking distance, I took what I remembered and flew my GWS stick right off the bat BY MYSELF!!now I am moving up into glow myself but I like the quiet clean electrics...
