I noticed you left your contact information, but have you proactively gone to the club with your trainer and asked one of their instructors for help right then? If a newbie gives me their number that is fine, but I'm not going to call the guy asking if he wants to fly. I'm also going to assume that if a newbie is hanging around and not asking for help then he is doing fine. If you want help you're going to have to actively go out and find it.
