If it was me, I'd run the Saito without the pump. I run my 46 with the tank in the stock location and don't have any problems. I'd try it with the tank in the stock location and if you don't like it then you can add the pump.

I know gjeffers has a pump on his and he swares by them. So he may chime in with his set up.
