Default Coreless vs Digital?

Mike,
I'm outfitting a 30% Carden Extra.

I've got a 27% Edge, which I fly HARD, and it's got 605BB's on the four corners and 645MG on the rudder. No problems at all.

For the 30% Carden, I'm being told to use (by Dennis at Carden) 120 in-oz servos. I think it's mostly from his reaction that I was going to use Hitec instead of JR or Futaba servos.

Honestly, I think the plane would be find on 605BB's, but the plane is a little bigger. Anyway, I'm looking at 5625's for ailerons and elevators, and 5645 on the rudder. But I've also been looking at 945's all the way around too.

What's the advantage of the 5625's over the 945's, Digital vs. Corless - or vice versa? What about power requirements and receiver battery life?

Lastly, does Hitec make a charge switch similar to the JR charge switch?

I'll be buying soon - would appreciate some help. Thanks.
