Default Engine thrust angle etc for Hobbico Avistar

I am putting together a Hobbico Avistar for club use, and I am wondering about some questions, as none of these are addressed in the ARF's instructions

1. What right thrust angle I should install the engine? Is the right
thrust angle already built into the firewall? .

2. The ARF comes with two metal bars to bolt the engine down.
How reliable is the setup? Does engine shift in flight. Should I
just chuck these and drill the engine mount and bolt the
engine directly to the mount?

3. Where should the CG be on this plane?

4. The engine I am putting in is a new/old stock Royal 40 BB ABC,
which is suppose to be a clone of the OS 40 BB ABC
engine. Does anyone know the power output of this engine?
