RE: im a beginner
If you buy an RTR buy the Cen Matrix. Solid chassis its deffinatly one of the best built buggies I've seen. The radio equipment is good but we stripped the steering servo on the 2nd day running it. The engine is a great starter engine but it doesn't last that long... maybe 3 gallons or so (I forgot how much fuel my friend had through his but it sure as hell wasn't in there for long). Otherwise I'd say its the best RTR on the market because you don't need to upgrade all of the electronics, motor, or put diff oil in the diffs like you would have to with an Ofna and it is built better then any of the ofnas, the mayhem, or the MP7.5.
If you want a kit go with the Ofna hyper 7 TQ. I know I was against Ofna in the top paragraph but thats only for their RTRs. The hyper 7 TQ kit is a very cheap kit but its a solid buggy with great handling on track. You build it so you set it up the way you want to the first time instead of having a crap setup that makes you pull it apart and rebuild half of it anyway. Put the radio, servos, battery pack, and engine you want in it and your set to go. Your probably going to spend about the same amount of money if you buy either of these buggies.
