Congrats on your maiden flight, promotion and re-enlistment!
Mine also has really bad pitch coupling with rudder.
If you have a radio that has mixing it's easy to mix out.
Some folks don't like to but I do.
I think I also have slight roll coupling with rudder that I've mixed out.
I have flaperons enabled that I can turn off and on.
They seem to help with looping and landing but mess up my rolls...wait a minute...maybe that's me messing up my rolls!

I also have a very slight amount of "ailevator" enabled. Can't tell it does much...

I have "the speed brake" setup too but I have the switch deactivated.
I almost crashed my foamie trying them out on it so I'll have to get up some nerve before I try them on the UCD!
