I have a 9CAP and know nothing about the 7C but if you are running ailevators and flaperons you must be running separate channels for each aileron and each elevator half.
On my radio I have PMix 1 (you could use any free mix you have) as follows:
Rudd=>Elev
Rate -6% +10% (that's for left rudder stick and right rudder stick. I just messed with the rate while
giving it rudder stick and watching the elevator move in the direction I wanted)
Offset 0%
Mix ON
MAS 4:Rudd
SLV 2 :Elev
Link ON
Trim OFF
SW H (this is the physical tx switch I have it set to)
POSI UP (this is my choice up or down to turn it on)

I hope our radios are similar enough that this helps.
If not I am sure someone will pitch in and tell us what specifically differs between our radios.
