O-o-o-oh! that's what that long bent piece of aluminum is for. I thought the little short brackets just screwed on each side of the bottom. Thanks!!!!

And BTW, I would NEVERfly with a WeedEater engine. Mine came from a leaf blower.
I had read that they tend to bounce with the tailwheel. maybe I'll pull mine off. Did you install some sort of a skid?
