I'd like to hear how your smoke turns out!
I'm going to have to knock on wood here...
I have to go with Joe...I haven't experienced flutter either.
I used the CA hinges but I did seal all the control surfaces. I too used 4-40 pushrods and hardware with Rocket City ball links.
Everything control wise was as tight as I knew how to make it.
I'm flying with a Saito 1.00.
I haven't done any full bore down lines but I have done quit a bit of WOT straight and level.
So far no problems.
