Default RE: Bazooka Nitro Questions

Hi,

I'm just about to buy one of these Bazookas, probably. But I am now confused so would someone please clarify a few points with me.

1) The video of the car jumping over the house - is this a Bazooka or not?
2) How close is the car itself to an MP 7.5? Superficially it looks very similar if not the same.
3) Is it worth the money it costs (circa $350)? If it's not, what else is better for the same money?

Okay... here's some real answers for you.

1. No it is absolutly NOT a bazooka buggy. That is Josh Theil (I'm 99% sure on that) driving his Kyosho 7.5 for XXX Main's first video.

2. IT's no where close. Even if every part is an exact match it is no where close. Some where up above someone said all plastics are the same in buggies (that was the jist) and that' is totally wrong. Kyosho has very high quality plastic as does Mugen, XRay and any other reputable manufacture.

3. Absolutly not worth that money in the least. Go buy an Ofna Ultra Comp. They are about $350 or less and are actually quite a good buggy for the money. Heck one guy at the track beat everyone in 1/8th Sportsman with one and it's his first year racing and it was the buggy's second outting. He usually races a REVO.

Hopefully that helps everyone. I'm so sick and tired of garbage RC car's on the market. Like SmartTech stuff... oh by the way... they are out of business now. Bazooka won't be far behind... save your money and buy something decient.
