Matt,
When I got mine it was perfect. Everything looked great and nothing missing. I am able to remove my cowl with out cutting anything, but it is very tight. As you know if something fits that tight you will break or crack something sooner or latter so I just put a dubro fueler in it to avoid removing the cowl. I can not commit on it flying since I have not had it in the air as of yet.
