Hey guys,
I am also thinking of buying one of these great looking cubs! I have a GP's ARF cub with a OS 52 FS and just love it, but the scale like appearance of the H9 PNP just blows it away. Like some people say, you can't have enough cubs in your hanger

I have a few questions for you guys. How easy is it to fuel/refuel the plane without a Dubro refueler or alike. With the issues of removing the cowl without cutting, it seems like a real pain in the rear. Is there any other issues or things to look out for other than inspecting the contents in the box to make sure there is no damage, or missing hardware.
Thanks,
Matt
Matt --
Mine had a bunch of nuts, bolts screws strut ends etc missing . See my earlier posts. H9 supplied them all quickly and the thing went together in about 3 hours. Wouldn't have taken more than an hour, but I did a bunch of "extra" things for peace of mind -- CA'd all screw holes to harden, so took some time to back out already-installedscrews, and epoxied the horizontal stab in addition to bolting it on. I took off the cowl to check all the engine mounting bolts and screws. To get it off the first time I had to take out the needle valve. Then I split it on the bottom center up to the muffler opening to make it easier to get it on and off. Just put a couple more screws on the bottom. For refueling, I just hogged out the cowl a little bit so I could reach in and grab the pressure line with some hemostats. Barely noticable.
I sure will be glad when the weather eases so I can get out and fly it. As a long-time Cub pilot -- RC and full scale -- I can tell it's gonna be great.
Go ahead and get one. You'll love it!
