Default RE: New H9 Cub??

Matt, my cowl came off as well. You just have to hold your mouth just right and it comes right off. I would add a fueler or a fuel dot and a 3rd line into the tank (my preferred method). They've got the clearances too tight to get the fuel line off the engine, even with needle nose pliers, and that is a pain.

This plane is a real joy to fly. Mine just sort of "levitates" off the ground at about 2/5ths throttle. [8D] Each one of my landings were long because it just wanted to keep flying right down to a walking pace! Your OS 52FS would be "just right" for it. It's a little overpowered with the 46NT 2 stroke in my opinion. Cubs are slow and graceful and just don't look right zooming along real fast.

There was a GP clipped wing Cub (kit built) another of our members had out in the link Jimmy posted earlier that was powered by an OS 70 FS and was most definitely overpowered.

You'll love this one if you like the GP Cub.
