Default RE: E-FLIGHT BLADE CP

Yea, its really just the balde grips that wobble, the blades themselves are ok. One of the blades hit a box in my living room then it twisted around and the blade grip ended up upside down, so i had to take the baldes off and twist it back to normal, that when i founf it to be be very loose. All the links look fine. It spins up (without the blades on) Nothing looks bent. When I spin it up and keep it at almost full throttle and make some Cyclic adjustments, its kinda hard to explain but they react, but it slow motion, very sloppy.

Maybe it is a bent shaft, but i feel like its something else... hmmmm
If the grip flipped over it's very likely you bent the spindle. A good way to tell is disconnect the paddle links from the grips and rotate the grips. If the spindle is bent you should be able to see the grips vary up and down as you rotate them. If it's bent, you need to remove the grips from the head with two (yes two) 1.5mm allen wrenches. If your really good you might be able to grip one side with a pair of needle nose pliers. The hex head screws turn on the spindle so just turning one side won't loosen them. Once you get one side off, pull the other grip out with the shaft attached. Then you'll be able to see if the spindle is bent. Be carefull to keep all the parts in order. They must go back the way they came out. Unless you happen to have the old style head with 2BB grips. This is an ideal time to switch the washers while its apart or change to 3BB grips if you want.
